Reporting to the Pre Travel Services Manager, the Pre Travel Services Team Leader will lead, coach and motivate their Team to deliver a professional, VIP customer service at all times.

You will be responsible for the management of a team of advisors including recruitment, selection, performance reviews and on-going coaching and development and work with HR where required.

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for the provision of accurate reporting to the Pre Travel Service Manager on your Teams performance, productivity and individual KPI's, along with dealing with escalated customer queries and ensuring high standards of service for our Jet2holidays customers.

We are looking for customer focused self starters with recent Contact Centre and Customer Service experience, preferably gained within the Travel industry. You will be organised and flexible with your working hours and have outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to work as One Team.
