Part or Newly Qualified Accountant

Sewell Wallis have an outstanding opportunity with a well-known and established manufacturing business in a fast-paced, hands on role. Liaising with all areas of the business this role requires someone eager to progress with a succession plan already in place.

The job;

-Weekly meeting with operations team and various other department managers
-Assisting in the development of new products
-Seeking new business opportunities, looking into the market identifying gaps
-Regular costings for new and existing customers
-Ensure costs are accurate
-Measuring site performance/efficiency
-Creation of strategies going forward
-Balance sheet reconciliations
-Overhead analysis
-Assistance in ad-hock projects to support the Financial Controller

The person;

-This role seeks someone who is not afraid to challenge processes, someone eager to progress, a great communicator at all levels and someone who can be hands on in a fast paced, vibrant environment.

-Prior manufacturing experience is a must

-Studying CIMA/ACCA or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA
