They now have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber / Multi-trade Operative to join the team. You will deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service to their users, offering value for money and customer satisfaction in line with their values.

It is intended that the majority of the role is in regard to Legionella control systems but will require other aspects of work to be carried out as defined, which will include treatment control procedures and accurate repair diagnosis and remedial works to tenanted and void properties as required.

The successful candidate will hold a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in domestic plumbing as well as be able to climb ladders, work at height and in confined spaces, and lift heavy materials and objects. A City & Guilds 5831 in Legionella is desirable.  You will be an excellent communicator who holds a full driver's licence and has strong IT skills.
