The Role

This is an exciting role fundamentality built around fast-paced product development; growing both new and existing web properties in all possible aspects, utilising affiliate and lead generation marketing. The candidate should have a natural entrepreneurial streak and be keen to collaborate with a new team, bringing the projects to life completely from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Research and deliver fully documented niche specific marketing plans inclusive of; industry analysis, marketing and financial strategy, and project action plans.
• Research and deliver fully documented project plans for web and app builds inclusive of; goals and objectives, target market, competitor analysis, CMS requirements, and website architecture.
• Utilise your researched data to properly project plan web builds inclusive of; design, development, content and user experience briefs.
• Using your skills to grow in the mastery and methodology of web architecture.
• Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of brands within our niches.
• Be the hub of communication for the project – in regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering our product.
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration. Using project management tools to provide full visibility and empower the team to collaborate independently.
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions to all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• A holistic understanding of online marketing with the ability to make decisions based around the ramifications they have on a website and app project.
• A background in or full understanding of search marketing and how it shapes the web.
• Experience of writing functional & technical development specifications.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of the web, with demonstrable experience in a web and app development, with a track record of delivering a range of multiple digital projects.
• Ability to make key day-to-day decisions in the team and communicate with a strong influence.
• Excellent at scheduling projects and keeping everything on track.
