We are a young vibrant tapas business in Northampton, leading the way for cool eateries in our town - as a result we are constantly busy. Due to a key team member returning home to Spain, we have a position coming available for a lead waiting person to join us on a full time basis.
We're a great place to work, with happy and interesting colleagues and plenty of fascinating customers to meet, greet and serve. We know enjoying work is crucial - when we're enjoying what we do we provide a better experience to our guests - so providing a pleasant and satisfying environment for our staff is very important to us. We're fun, friendly and almost like an extended family at our business. We work hard, and we rely on one another, and in return we pay well - get loads of extra tips on top of our (already decent) basic wages.
Are you reliable, experienced in the industry, able to take control of things for yourself, and happy to do the boring jobs as much as the fancy ones? Are you ready to work somewhere new and just that little bit different? Are you great with customers, and ready to chat to just about anyone? If you are - you might be the right person to join our team and find a rewarding and interesting customer facing role here with us. We'll look after you well, give you a real sense of belonging, and most of all make sure you're happy at work.
The small print: This is a senior waiting position, so you will need experience. Please don't apply if you haven't ever worked in the industry. Being great at this kind of work requires skill, intelligence and on top of those critical qualities - experience.
