Team Co-ordinator (Enterprise and Regeneration) 

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

£20,147 - £24,500 per annum

The Team Co-ordinator within the Enterprise and Regeneration Team is responsible for handling the day to day activities of all aspects of a dynamic and busy team dispersed across Wales. They ensure that the team’s work is undertaken efficiently and accounted for properly and make it possible for us to function well.

The team’s work is very varied including all aspects of arts development and grant making from music industry development to local authority work. This post is also responsible for the coordination of our Collectorplan Scheme which involves liaising with gallery owners and purchasers.

There are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge and take on more interesting pieces of work in line with your interests from time to time.

The successful candidate will have proven abilities in IT and administrative skills and be passionate about our mission of putting the arts at the heart of the nation. The ability to work on your own initiative, to prioritise tasks and function effectively under pressure is essential. We are also looking for someone who has good communication skills and a personal commitment to high standards of customer care.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh is essential for this post.
