An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join an award winning and innovative Housing Association and to be part of our dynamic Community Regeneration Team. We are looking for a Community Regeneration Assistant to provide an efficient project support and administration service for the Community Regeneration activities.

We are a small but busy department so we need you to be organised with a can do, flexible attitude.  You will use your excellent communication and administration skills every day dealing with telephone and email queries from colleagues and customers.  Accuracy and a good attention to detail is a must as you will be maintaining efficient filing systems as well as setting up meetings, typing correspondence and assisting the Community Regeneration Manager with producing reports and statistical information.

Ideally you will have some administration experience along with good literacy and numeracy skills. It is essential that you are computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and working on your own initiative is also important to us.

The post is subject to a Disclosure Barring Service (CRB) Check and a renewal check every three years.
