Account Manager Internal Sales

Our client is leading the way providing an excellent service to the Sign Display/Industrial/Graphical and digital markets.

Due to their continued success we are recruiting for a Business Development/Telesales Executive with the necessary experience and personality to help deliver our unrivalled services to our customers.

Inside Sales /Telesales Executive will be a creative self -starter to be able to liaise and develop business according to our customer needs.  

The successful candidate will share the company beliefs in being the best and have the necessary drive.

Key Requirements:

• Professional telephone communication skills to be able to liaise at all levels.
• Resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
• Embody the drive and persistence to consistently succeed at generating new business as well as having excellent account management and pipeline management skills
• A self- motivated attitude and be driven to succeed individual targets and KPI’s.
• An ambitious and creative outlook. Energy, and positivity.
• To be able to build rapport easily and have excellent communication skills.
• Customer Database updates to develop and maintain new and existing customers by phone.
• E-shots sending, follow up.
• Research and development into new potential accounts. This will involve internet research and cold calling.
• Support Inside Team, processing orders.
• Excel and Word Skill.
• The ability to build key relationships, with customers and colleagues.

What we are looking for in you:

• You will be organised and logical, with the ability to close a sale and ultimately a go getter who will do whatever it takes to build a happy customer base.
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to negotiate, persuade and present to others effectively.
• Ideally you will have come from one of the following backgrounds Business Development/Telesales/direct sales/sales consultant.
