You will need to be a capable graduate who has an impressive academic record consisting of at least a 2:1 or above in your degree, with C or above in GCSE English, Maths and Science. Ideally, you will have already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children. You will arrive with a compassionate nature and an motivational energy that infects your students. We want to meet graduates who can incorporate their detailed subject knowledge into the job, acting as an academic mentor for their students.

This Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant position involves supporting learning in a general capacity, across the school. You will be joining a department that is led by a Head who is always keen to hear new ideas and favours a cohesive approach to management. You will be aiding the development of pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. Support will come in the form of a dedicated and experienced Senior Teacher who will work with you from day one. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with the school's development team who ensure that all staff have all the CPD they need are happy on their career trajectory.
