Therefore once we have received your application via this advert, you will be given the opportunity to confirm your specific criteria before attending an interview, along with any specific requests for certain days of the week that you can/cant work.Whether or not we can accommodate these requests will depend on the exact timing of your application, because the shifts and requirements of the role will change according to which vacancies have been filled.------GENERAL DUTIES------- Compiling individualised Care Plans for residents.- Administration of medication.- Wound care and dressings.- Bowel and continence care.- Chronic disease management.- Supervision of care assistants.- Liaison with multi-disciplinary team, and families of service users.- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.- Mentoring of junior nurses, (Lead Nurse position only if available)- Medicine management, (Lead Nurse position only if available)- Conduct care audits, (Lead nurse position only if available)
