The Company is a UK manufacturer of Urology and Continence Products. The range consists of the GB Libra Sheath, Libra LEG BAG, Libra Conform, Mummy and Baby Bear, GB2, GB3, GB3S, GB4 and GB4 Fold Up NIGHT BAG, cubCATH intermittent catheters plus accessories.

The Company also has a Home Delivery and Nursing Service division, which has been established for over 30 years. Headed up by a team of fully qualified Nurse Advisors, they can provide individual assessments, impartial advice and product training to ensure the best care and support for their patients.
They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dorset and Hampshire area. The position is permanent.

Key Features of the Role:
A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing Healthcare Sales Company. This is an entry level position in field sales as a Field Sales Representative with an immediate start date.
Selling a leading brand of Urology and Continence Products into Hampshire and Dorset.
The range consists of the GB Libra Sheath, Libra LEG BAG, Libra Conform, Mummy and Baby Bear, GB2, GB3, GB3S, GB4 and GB4 Fold Up NIGHT BAG, cubCATH intermittent catheters plus accessories.
The primary focus of the Territory Sales Manager role will be to develop and grow new business with the following healthcare professionals; District Nurses, Continence Advisors, Urology Nurse Specialists and Procurement Managers.
You will also be promoting the Company's Home Delivery Service ensuring that patients requiring continence products receive them directly to their front door.

Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally you will be an accomplished territory sales professional within the health or care sectors, however medical sales experience is NOT a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
You must live in the defined territory (Hampshire and Dorset) although Southampton is considered the ideal base.
You must be a science graduate and be very personable and able to present coherently.
You should be highly self-motivated and have a real demonstrable passion and desire to begin a career in Medical Device Sales.
You must be well organised and able to plan weekly and monthly appointment schedules. This will involve working with and reporting to the Sales Manager.
You must have Sales/Customer facing role experience.
You must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence (max 3 points).

What's on Offer:
Basic Salary is GBP18.500 per annum. In addition, there is huge additional earning potential with a very competitive bonus scheme - GBP10k+ OTE in year 1.
In addition, you will have a BMW Company Car, Laptop, Phone and all tools required for role will be provided.
Holiday entitlement is 26 Days annual leave per annum plus public and bank holidays.
Daily lunch allowance and other allowances are also provided.
