Banking Kiosk Assistant Wanted - Manchester City Centre

Havoc are recruiting for customer orientated individuals to start as soon as possible to work with our iconic and reputable financial banking company.
Kiosk Assistants will be allocated to work within our busy partnership stores, events and roadshow setups around Manchester City Centre.
You will work as part of a team supported by a team leader throughout the day. You will be liasing with customers, managing general customer enquries and promoting our financial services such as credit card packages. Ideal candidates will offer customers a professional and a high quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer a professional and high level of customer service
- Deal with customer requests and queries
- Promote our various financial services ie. credit cards
- Register new customer for credit cards, or other
Please note this is NOT a door-to-door sales positions. This is based in our partnership stores and roadshow events.
Requirements:
- Successful candidates will be well presented and professional in nature
- Must be open to coaching and direction, yet pro-active to use your own initiative
- Excellent spoken and writen English to communicate with customers
- Ideal candidates will be customer focused and go above and beyond customer expectations
- Must be able to commute to Manchester City Centre and must be 18 years of age or over
