Electrical Commissioning Engineer-Combined heat and power (CHP)
GBP40-45K + Vehicle + Bonus
UK Wide Role (Good locations include Milton Keynes, Reading, Birmingham, Oxford)
Full time with flexible working hours, UK travel and working away from home
Are you an Electrical Commissioning Engineer with experience of CHP systems? Are you looking to join a company offering autonomy, training and progression in a family run, close knit business?

The role will be a combination of hands on engineering, practical coordination and face-to-face client liaison skills to commission the unit and hand-over to the client.
Therefore tasks will include
1.Attend site as principal commissioning engineer. Firstly working alongside the engine manufacturer, but rapidly developing the ability to carry out full commissioning autonomously
2.Coordination with all the associated trades is necessary; such as client's mechanical & electrical engineers, BMS control engineers, Electrical DNO, client's IT department
3.Carry out hands-on handover training for client's site staff
To apply you should have:
1.Electrical Engineering background with knowledge of LV Power generation and distribution systems
2.Relevant experience as a generator or CHP commissioning engineer, or similar role
3.Some previous relevant knowledge/experience with gas engines, hot water systems,pumps, inverter drives, flow rates, delta T, boiler operations, and associated BMS controls
