Litigation Assistant
Are you an experienced Litigation Assistant? Do you have debt recovery / debt collection experience? Would you like to work for one of the top legal firms based in the heart of Leeds, West Yorkshire? If so, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Working within the Unsecured team your duties will include:
* Supporting Team Leaders and Litigation Officers
* Negotiating with debtors
* Communicating professionally with 3rd parties, clients and debtors
* Liaising via telephone and in writing
* Issuing proceedings & enforcements in accordance with court rules
* Complying with and achieving SLA's and KPI's
You will need to have litigation/legal experience or consumer debt recovery experience. Additionally you will need to posses strong and confident communication skills.
