Multi-trade Operative x 2
Salary: £29,830 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (plus Out of Hours rota)
Housingrecruit.com is advertising for two Multi-trade Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Northampton.
They currently have an opportunity for a Multi-trade Operative to join their dedicated team in the Midlands and they really want to hear from you if;
You are customer focused with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships;
You have an organised, conscientious and structured approach to work;
You are able to work with minimum supervision and plan and prioritise your own workload;
You have a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in the Building Trade;
You have a full clean driving licence
You will be required to carry out quality and efficient building repairs to both unoccupied and occupied properties, working safely and respecting customers at all times.
You must have experience of housing maintenance and remedial works, both Day to Day and Voids and ideally have experience of Decent Homes Kitchen and Bathroom programmes. You will also manage your own time in this challenging role putting the customer first and behaving in a manner that promotes our mission and core values.
They are looking for someone who is qualified in a specific trade area, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, or plastering; but must also be multi skilled, with the ability to carry out most general day to day housing repairs. Evidence of qualifications will be required at interview stage.
