The role
At the heart of the company sits their driven, professional and charismatic Client Services team responsible for exceeding client satisfaction.
Whilst no two days are ever the same here at this agency, your typical daily duties would include -
- Project management from brief through to execution and wrap up
- Growth of existing accounts and relationship building
- Financial management including forecasting and supplier negotiation
- Project briefing and studio liaison
- Creative brainstorming and the review of creative output Acquisition of new business
- Proposal creation - either to secure net-new opportunities or to further work
Who you are
The company attitude is a positive, can-do one, coupled with a hunger to succeed. As an Account Manager you should fit the following criteria
- Have at least 2/3 years of relevant experience (either client or agency-side)
- Have a confident and charismatic personality
- Demonstrate excellent organisation skills
- Be able to communicate at a high level, both written and verbal
- Be able to present to clients with energy and flair
- Have a pro-active attitude, always thinking that one step ahead
