IT / System Administrator - Immediate Start

This company specialises in all aspects of online marketing, website and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries. Due to the growing demand for their services, they are now recruiting for an "IT / Linux Administrator Manager" to join their creative workforce on a full time permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to their IT manager, you will work with a dynamic team in a fast paced environment company. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Configure and maintain their production web systems
- Deal and resolve any issues related to those systems
- Propose and implement improvements to performance and security
- Maintain and update documentations and processes
- Supervise the IT support team (2 IT Supports)

The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have a previous successful experience as System Admin in a production web environment (minimum of 2 years)
- Have extensive knowledge of Linux, particularly EL6, EL7, web stacks and distributed architectures
- Ideally have a previous successful IT management experience
- Have theoretical and practical knowledge of the Internet protocols stack
- Be comfortable with Cisco or HP network gear configuration
- Have good awareness of IT security practices
- Be comfortable with version control systems, ideally Git
- Be a self-learner and able to adapt to different software and requirements depending on projects
- Be proactive and force of proposal
- Some experience with databases and automation systems (puppet, chef, etc…) would be appreciated
