Office Admin Assistant, £15K pro rata
We are looking for someone who can help in our charity office.
Emmaus South Wales is a charity that provides a home and meaningful work for formerly homeless people. Our charity, combining a safe community home with a successful social enterprise, is continuing to grow.
With this growth come increased administration needs and we want to increase our admin resource in the charity office to help maintain this growth.
We are looking for a well-motivated, efficient professional and positive person who can work family friendly hours (10am – 2.30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break, Monday to Friday) to assist the CEO and his team in the charity office.
The role is to undertake aspects of office admin, dealing with incoming calls, record keeping as well as assistance with basic financial management in the office. It will also include diary management for the CEO, as well as assistance with HR/admin process.
This is a new post at Emmaus South Wales and an exciting one, because the charity wants to establish itself as a good alternative to homelessness in South Wales, underpinned by a strong social enterprise.
