Member Services Coordinator – Yorkshire and Humberside and North East

Location: Elland, nr. Halifax (West Yorkshire)

Hours:  22.5  hours per week

Salary: £11,412 - £14,354  for 22.5 hours (£19,020 - £23,923 whole time equivalent) per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the AoC’s newly established Member Services Team during an exciting time of change.  As Member Services Coordinator (MSC) you will work with colleagues across the wider team to provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Area Directors  to ensure that our member Colleges in the region are effectively represented and supported.

As the first point of contact with the team, the MSC will make a key contribution towards the provision of effective and professional services locally, regionally and nationally. The post holder will ensure that both the Area Director and her team have the professional administrative support to deliver on their remits, and assist with the coordination of stakeholder meetings, networks and events both for our member colleges and on behalf of members.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience of in a busy office team environment and possession of strong administrative skills. Excellent time management; accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential together with a positive approach to problem solving. The ability to relate to our customers, clients and other stakeholders is also key. You will also be an effective communicator and use your excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriately with people at all levels.  Please refer to the job description and person specification for more details about this role.
