This company is looking to recruit a Facilities Officer to work alongside their Administration & Facilities Manager, in the following areas:

- Overseeing the care and maintenance of the grounds, the buildings and office facilities on the Estate, and the other company locations in the UK;

- Organising and running projects such as small renovations and refurbishments;

- Assisting with the management of a small team.

The role will involve communicating with people at all levels.

Your Profile:

This role will require you to handle a varied workload which will sometimes be demanding; therefore, you must have a great deal of focus and calmness under pressure. It is also essential that you are good at following processes and procedures.

Experience or knowledge of environmental issues affecting sites will be useful, as will some experience of people management.

You will be Health & Safety qualified, or willing to undertake a course. It is desirable for you to be British Institute of Facilities Management (or equivalent) qualified, but not essential.
