We are looking to appoint an Operations and Finance Administrator to work as part of our Business Support Team in our Company Head Office in Emerson’s Green.

The role supports the management and maintenance of contract invoicing, performance tracking, purchase invoicing, financial reporting and other related general administrative tasks.

To be considered you must have previous financial administration experience within an office environment, be proficient in using Microsoft Office/Excel packages and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with people over the telephone and face to face. You must be organised, flexible, self-driven and able to work as part of a team but also be resilient and able to work under pressure often to tight deadlines.

The appointment is subject to the successful applicant getting security clearance at the required level.
