Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a part-time Bookkeeper for a successful family run manufacturing business in Rotherham.
The hours for this role are 21-24 hours each week, and these can either be worked over 3 full days or 4 shorter days (possibly between school hours).
Using Sage line 50 you will be responsible for managing the day to day accounts for the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Duties will include;
* Responsible for all accounts within the business
* Purchase ledger, Sales ledger and credit control
* Cash allocation
* Payment runs
* On-line Banking
* Bank reconciliations
* Monthly management accounts
* VAT returns
* Payroll, RTI reporting, Work place pension enrolment and deductions etc.
* Budgets and forecasts
* Working on Sage line 50, Sage Payroll, MS Office
* Assist with other office duties
