They are now looking for a Strategic Business Manager to join the International Programmes Team, and work alongside two existing Strategic Business Managers. The Strategic Business Managers contribute to the organisations five core strategic areas to achieve change ambitions, deliver performance, generate funds, invest in people, and strengthen organisational profile.

The role will closely support two of our clients’ regional country offices in change management process that will enable them to achieve their strategic ambition. For this reason, they are ideally looking for someone who can communicate in Spanish, or has linguistic capabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience of fostering relationships with donors, especially with USAID and with primes, and representation to build profile and increase our visibility and cooperation. They will have experience of project and award management, including planning, budgeting, problem solving, and monitoring and delivering on time. The candidate will have proven ability of working with others to build capacities along with good persuasion skills.

The successful candidate will have signification professional experience in the field of international development, preferably with a good portion of that gained in overseas contexts. If you think you have the qualities and skills we need, we would love to hear from you.

£43,000 to £45,875 per annum
