Property Manager

Sherlock Homes Properties Limited is a family owned Estate Agent currently seeking a Property Manager for our busy office in Chorlton Green, Manchester.

Property Manager & Assistant to Director  Job Description:

• Day to day Property Management of portfolio.
• Co-ordinating and Managing Repairs and General Maintenance.
• Organising contractors both in-house and external.
• Liaising with suppliers and obtaining competitive costs.
• Liaising with Landlords and provide costs for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide landlords with regular updates on maintenance issues.
• Liaise with Tenants and keeping all parties informed on maintenance / repairs.
• Manage repairs to ensure that we are completed in a timely manner and to a satisfactory standard.
• Property inspections to include periodic – organising general maintenance to ensure the satisfactory upkeep of properties.
• Inventories.
• Exit Inspections.
• Managing and processing Deposit Refunds.
• TDS disputes from start to finish working with the Lettings Manager.
• Working with the Management and Directors on larger refurbishment projects.

Property Manager - Skills require the individual to be:

• Driven and dynamic.
• Keen eye for details.
• Extremely organised and methodical.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer facing skills including negotiation.
• Able to work under pressure, meet and/ or exceed deadlines and targets.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a good motivator.

Working Hours: Every Monday to Fridays 9am to 5.30pm - Alternate Saturdays 10am to 4pm.  May consider part-time hours.

Salary: Excellent Salary + Commission Structure
