Think of yourself as a local business manager. Developing a high performing self-employed sales team isn't an overnight success; it takes time and constant energy to achieve. You will deliver long-term results by keeping yourself and your team energised, focused, motivated, and correctly skilled to deliver. Retention of your team is just as important as recruiting and growing it.

You will also develop successful sales and recruitment skills. You'll understand how closely linked they are and recognise the commercial returns to be made from managing and developing a high performing and motivated team.

Experience needed:-

• Sales experience or experience working in a customer facing role
• Highly motivated with an ability to continually drive a team to deliver strong results
• Experience in working towards sales KPIs and ability to business plan
• The ability to adapt to change and an openness to new ways of working
• Proven ability to be able to quickly develop effective working relationships
• Great communication skills, both face to face, telephone and through various channels, including social media
• Proficient IT Skills

The OTE for this position is £43,000+
