CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
(TEMP 3 MONTHS CONTRACT)
£9.60 PER HOUR
Immediate Start

Do you enjoy working in a busy and varied environment dealing with customers on a daily basis handling enquiries, orders and complaints. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will have excellent data entry skills as well as an eye for detail. In addition you will enjoy contributing and being a key member of this happy, fast paced, team. Hours of work 37.5 per week. (09:00- 17:00 hours).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily telephone contact with customers
  • Create weekly order sheets and maintain standing orders
  • Create sales orders and print delivery notes where required
  • Monitor all emails for customer orders
  • Produce reports, code and authorise purchase invoices and carry out necessary administration
  • Liaise closely with site personnel regarding production requirements
  • Liaise closely with planning departments at both Immingham and Heathrow to ensure orders are keyed for the correct plant


KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent IT skills, data entry numeric and alphabetic
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able communicator at all levels
  • An eye for detail
  • Min 5 GCSE's or equivalent
