A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Process Team Leader to join an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. 

Joining a friendly and hard-working team, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable supervisory experience whilst playing a key role in our client’s operations. 

As the Process Team Leader, you’ll supervise teams in various areas of production, ensuring that H&S, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice standards are met. 

Reporting to the Senior Process Team Leader, you will: 

- Work across different production lines 
- Make sure that your team work in a safe manner at all times 
- Carry out quality control checks 
- Make sure that work areas are kept clean and tidy 
- Identify any training needs for your team 
- Ensure that documentation is accurate and of a high standard 
- Report any issues to the Senior Team Leader 

Interested? Whilst no leadership experience is required, to be considered, you will need: 

- Experience within a factory environment 
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English 

Proactive and eager to learn, as a Process Team Leader, you’ll be a decisive problem-solver with the ability to work on your own initiative. You’ll also need excellent time-management and prioritisation skills. 

Please note, this is a full time role, working 5 x 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
