Our client is a large independently owned car, van, minibus and truck rental company with a strong presence throughout Yorkshire. These are exciting times as the company is in a period of growth and the Leeds branch (as with all branches) is well supported by head office and other sites.
They now have a unique opportunity for an individual who can take hold of the reins and help manage the Vehicle Rental Desk as part of a small, positive and friendly team.
What will you be doing?
This is a customer facing role where you will be taking ownership of all enquiries from private customers and local business clients.
It will be your job to deal with customers both face to face and on the phone. You will be handling the whole car rental process from beginning to end. Liaising with internal departments for effective co-ordination of the fleet, providing advice, dealing with queries and general administration.
• Good administration and excellent customer service skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Friendly and approachable, punctual and reliable
• Some familiarity with car or van specifications would be good too
Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience
