Yard Marshall / Yard Controller / Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Yard Marshall - 6 positions available

Location: Wickham, Hampshire

Salary: £10.45 per hour

Hours: 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, days and nights

The company's vision is to be the leading independent national supplier of liquid milk, dairy and bakery products to the full spectrum of UK retailers, wholesalers and food service operators. They're now looking for 6 Yard Marshalls to join their team in Wickham, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle movements within the Yard.
• Liaise with Security office in relation to visitors and plan delivery and distribution schedule for contractor vehicles.
• Co-ordinate wastage removal.
• Co-ordinate trolley management.
• Co-ordinate disposal of all packaging from site.
• Liaise with Despatch department in relation to vehicle loading.
• Vehicle key management.
• Ensure safety of vehicles and personnel whilst on Site.
• Promote safety first culture around the Site.

Person Specification:

• Good management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety principles.
• Knowledge of Hygiene Procedures.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to self-manage.
