What are the responsibilities of the Account Support?

- Processing of sales orders – ensuring that depot splits, volumes, box/tray, case count, branch/plant are correct and amended as necessary including evening and weekend transmissions

- As a wider Account Support team and with the support of the business develop and refine processes and procedures to streamline sales order processing to deliver efficiencies during the week and reduced demand on time during evenings and weekends 

- Manage the end-to-end process for each sales order received ensuring that volumes and any amendments are communicated (internal and external)

- Daily/weekly price checking within One World to ensure that Finished Goods prices match that of customer sales orders received

- Run appropriate management reports e.g. price checking, forecasting

- Booking of distribution services required to fulfil customer sales orders through the pre-formatted booking sheet process (Excel + email + telephone)

- Timely investigation of price discrepancies/ debit notes

- Forecasting (txt)

- Co-ordinate samples and couriers

- Weekly benchmarking/ comparative shop- buying samples and collating information as required and communication of changes

- Customer/ Consumer complaints, logging, trend analysis & reply as required.

- Maintain promotion plans, calendars, analysis and logs communicating with the customer to ensure all information is accurate, up to date and communicated

- Maintain and archive all records in an orderly and accurate manner to ensure due diligence and a system capable of audit

- Monitor sales values to calculate rebate and agreed customer terms

- Communicate customer initiatives, promotion activity and product changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner considering the impact on others, particularly on satellite site

- Co-ordination & set up for customer visits

- Relevant customer specifications via customer websites to ensure that all information displayed  matches products being produced
