What are we looking for?
A natural influencer with a passion and expertise in developing skills and further education landscape. You will need to possess an extensive knowledge and have extensive experience of working in a commercially focused Business to Business Recruitment, Training & Development role; in addition, an up to date knowledge of the apprenticeship reforms, ESFA funding methodology is vital. Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching skills is essential to fulfil the requirements of this role.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will have :
- Vocational qualification at Level 4 or above
- Extensive experience in a business development role within in the further education/ work based training sector within the last 2 years
- Ability to work under pressure to challenging and multiple deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with employers to development workforce development plans across funded and commercial income streams.
