Salary: Chairman £15,000pa
Directors £7,500 pa.
1 year fixed term, renewable for up to 2 further years
Derbyshire Developments Limited is a newly established development company, wholly owned by Derbyshire County Council. Our objective is to add value through the development of surplus or under-utilised council land. Initial projects range from low-cost homes, for 1st time buyers, to prestigious, executive homes commanding premium values.
With our 1st Managing Director recently in post, we are planning to launch a significant programme and are seeking to recruit a non-executive Chairman and 2 non-executive directors to join our company board. Applications are invited from candidates who offer previous non-executive experience and who can demonstrate a successful career in either property development or finance, ideally from a customer perspective.
