Are you a highly organised individual with a genuine interest in online events and digital marketing? William Reed hosts a number of webinars (internal and external) every month and we're actively looking for a bright and talented individual to help coordinate these events.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and coordinate webinar programs
• Implement guidelines and protocols
• Work closely with our suppliers and manage relationships
• Manage client relationships

What we're looking for:

• Keen interest in webinar technology and digital marketing
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Customer service orientated
• Technically savvy
• Some previous experience advertising, digital marketing or event marketing
