Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are seeking a senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager for a lifestyle boutique based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This brand is the UK's leading independent multi-channel retailer of maternity wear, babywear and nursery products.

As Assistant Manager you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, driving and inspiring the team to achieve targets and ensuring a fantastic level of Customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the team, ensuring they are able to perform in their roles and deliver the level of customer service expected.
• Working with figures to evaluate the store's performance and identify key development areas.
• To take overall control of the store in the manager's absence.
• You will be a great communicator with the ability to manage the concerns of the team
• Working with the store manager you will ensure that housekeeping and visual standards of your store are maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Previous retail experience
• Customer service and sales experience
• IT skills
• Analytical ability
• Previous experience in a babywear/maternity environment is desirable
