Excellent opportunity for an established PA to join our clients Software company based in Loughborough. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide first class PA support along with managing various projects throughout the business. Your duties as PA will be to not only manage the diary of the Directors but you will also be tasked with searching and finding leads for the company to work with so experience of this will be highly advantageous.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Provide confidential administrative, secretarial and business support to the Director/s; co-ordinates the smooth operation of the Director/s diary and administration arrangements
  • Manages a wide range of business communications daily providing a high level of service
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director/s which the post holder supports
  • Search and Lead generation to find leads and companies they can work with
  • High level of customer service at all times
  • Prepare documentation and background research for the Director/s meetings, ensuring they have pre-reading materials and actions available where required
  • Respond appropriately to requests for information from all levels of management, associate and external customer
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Diary management, to arrange a variety of meetings, monitoring incoming e-mails and highlighting urgent action especially when the Director is out of the office
  • Support the creation of confidential process documentation for capital, project based and HR related activity
  • Preparing reports as appropriate
  • Act with the utmost discretion on Executive, Personnel and Financial matters

The PA shall be the first point of contact in various circumstances and therefore to be considered for this role the suitable candidate may possess the following:

  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • A HR background would be advantageous
  • Experience in searching and finding leads for the business
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to exercise considerable discretion at all times
  • Computer literate, experienced in the use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook with excellent keyboard/typing skills
  • Good organisational skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to manage your own workload
  • Be able to communicate to a high standard via telephone, in person and in written form in English
  • Be highly trustworthy and professional, embrace change and cope well with pressure
  • An excellent administrator, well organised and punctual
  • The ability to pick up and learn our internal system-Hubspot, Connect etc.
  • Efficient, competent, approachable and trustworthy
