Due to recent growth we are looking for a talented and dedicated Tenant Engagement Officer and Compliance and Maintenance Officer to join our team.
Compliance and Maintenance Officer
- Salary £22,000
- 37.5 hours per week
To ensure compliance with a range of statutory, regulatory and internal reporting. Weekly testing of Fire alarms to all properties. Report any areas of compliance which do not meet current standards. Also required to carry out small maintenance duties whilst on-site and delivery of house stock.
