Our client is currently seeking a Garage Officer to provide excellent customer service in the management of all garages. This role sits within the Leasehold and Service Charge team and is a front line service to all garage and parking space customers, across group.
You will be responsible for ensuring maximum income is collected and void times are minimised along with effectively monitoring and actioning rent arrears, taking swift action to resolve these, including repossession where appropriate. Working with strategic asset management around the redevelopment of identified sites you will provide excellent customer service to all garage and parking space customers and market vacant garages using a variety of methods.
The successful candidate must have 5 GCSE’s/NVQ 2 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level. Demonstrable record of delivering excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with a variety of audience is required. Excellent administration and organisational skills, with an ability to manage own, sometimes demanding workload and experience of dealing with and managing conflict and the ability to use Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.
