Property Administrator.

Based in the beautiful city of Bath this highly regarded Property Company is looking to recruit a Property Administrator

The Role

Working as part of a very busy team you will manage a small portfolio of properties through attracting maximum rental opportunities, reporting maintenance concerns through to serving notice to tenants when required.

You will provide first line support to the internal team and external parties including mortgage lenders, property owners, tenants and third parties ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

The best interests of the properties owners are at the heart of what they do, therefore you will manage properties in line with client, company and statutory regulations. Compiling strategy reports and feeding these back to the owner will also become a feature of your role.

The Person
