Part time Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for friendly and enthusiastic Receptionists to join our established team in our Bristol Filton Companion Care practice. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.​

The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and interacting with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

The role is part time, 23 - 34 hours per week including a 2 in 4 weekend rota. By joining our surgery, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role in a small, busy team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels.​

The receptionist must also provide cover for sickness and holiday when the need arises.
