An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) based in Milton, Cambridge.
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) is a charity that supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our finance department:
- Reporting to the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately recording all cash, cheques, credit card donations, CAF vouchers, online donations, web giving and other receipts received by East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
- Working closely with Fundraising, you will ensure that fundraisers are made aware of certain donations as soon as they are received.
- Responsibilities will also include producing and posting receipts to donors and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
An ideal Administrative Assistant you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly numerate, along with having a close eye for detail and the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
This post offers a good opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to gain experience in using Raisers Edge and Navision systems.
Your working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
In return for this you will receive a salary of £15,400 - £18,000 per annum.
