Assistant Restaurant Manager – Rosette Gastro Pub – up to 25k
We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team in the running of this beautiful, Rosette Gastro Pub in Derbyshire.
This independent Gastro Pub are a well established destination food place and have always received fantastic reviews. They offer delicious seasonal menus using local produce matching up with a great wine list.
This is a very hands-on role and the Assistant Manager must demonstrate a strong passion for food and drink. Experience working in a quality Gastro-Pub or a Rosette Restaurant is needed and the Assistant Manager must be used to adhering to high standards as customer service is the key!
The ideal candidate will already be in an Assistant Restaurant Manager position for at least 2 years. You will have experience in managing all aspects of a restaurant, including all financial aspects and working with targets and budgets. Managing a full service restaurant with weekly sales of around £25,000 is essential.
For your hard work, an Assistant Restaurant Manager will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £25,000 as well as live in option if required.
