You’ll have the chance to learn how to use 3D modelling software, significantly increase your understanding of the renewable energy sector and make a positive impact on our client’s customer experience.

What will I be doing? 

As a Design Team Administrator, you’ll support the Domestic Sales and Design Team and ensure that customers receive a high quality service. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Respond to a range of customer queries 
- Prepare customer proposals 
- Book in survey appointments 
- Use 3D modelling software to design PV (solar power) systems 
- Provide initial quotes for customers 
- Work with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects 
- Ensure that recorded sales figures are accurate 
- Perform a range of admin tasks with a high level of accuracy 

What do I need? 

Whilst no experience is required, to be considered, you will need: 

- Excellent customer service skills 
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and Word and confidence in using new computer programs 
- The ability to work in a busy environment and to deadlines 
- Great multitasking and prioritisation abilities 
- To be adaptable, flexible and a quick learner 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
- A great eye for detail 
- To be willing to roll up your sleeves and help different areas of the business when required
