This company continues to grow rapidly and are looking for an energetic, versatile and hands-on Appointment Confirmer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include speaking to customers about home appointments they already had made via their call centre, confirming the appointment date/time along with the customer details and answering any questions they may have (full training provided). You may also be asked to help with making Excel reports and other small admin themed tasks.
You'll need to be confident, with an excellent telephone manner and a great ability to explain things clearly to customers. Sociable hours and lots of social activities too! Pleasant office located just off the Newmarket High Street, within 100 yards of the local pub!!
The Ideal candidate with have/be:

- A Passion for sales
- No experience necessary, although any previous phone or customer-based work is an advantage
