PRACTICE MANAGER
Drybrook Surgery, Forest of Dean.
Salary range up to £34,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
An experienced manager (full-time) is sought to replace our current manager, retiring in January 2018
Drybrook Surgery is a friendly, well organised, fully computerised (EMIS), dispensing practice serving 4400 patients.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Project management / strategic planning
- Small business finance, including VAT
- Management experience
- Team leadership
- Competent in office IT
- A hands-on approach
- A willingness and drive to adapt and manage change.
- Experience working in a GP or healthcare environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
