Driving Plus are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with one of the UK's biggest food retailers, providing HGV Class 1 drivers to their high street retail contract, based out of Bracknell.
As a professional C+E Class 1 driver, you will be required to deliver products to store locations and distribution centres throughout the South East. This role enables us to provide successful drivers with long term work, guaranteed 5 shifts per week, on either AM or PM and ad hoc/weekend shifts to suit. All shifts are booked a week in advance, uniform provided and we are delighted to offer temp to perm contracts for the right candidates. As well as a great rates of pay and the opportunity of ongoing work, we will be able to fix each successful driver to a regular working pattern ongoing long term. These exciting opportunities require only drivers of the highest calibre in terms of presentation and skills. Most assignments are long term for those that desire an ongoing opportunity.
Immediate assessments and starts available with long term prospects and ongoing training provided.
The pay rates for Ltd Company drivers are as follows:
* Monday to Friday Days - GBP12.50 per hour, Overtime - GBP15.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday Afternoons - GBP12.75 per hour, Overtime - GBP15.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday Nights - GBP16.00 per hour, Overtime - GBP18.50 per hour
* Saturdays - GBP16.25 per hour
* Sundays - GBP20.50 per hour
Summer bonus: register and complete working 10 shifts to be able to receive GBP250 new starter bonus.
Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 3 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 2 years will be required
