The Role.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team to increase the company’s sales revenue and growth plan maximising opportunities with existing contracts, to meet and exceed the targets set and will focus on the development of commercial cleaning contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Selling various sized contracts.
Responsible for company sales: generating new leads, developing client relationships.
Negotiating contracts on behalf of the company with maximum possible margins.
Required Skills
Business Development/Sales Experience in the cleaning industry
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to identify, develop and maintain a strong pipeline
UK Driving Licence (company car provided)
Good knowledge of the tendering and outbound sales process
Excellent telephone manner
A proven track record in Sales generating revenue of 500k + per annum
IT skills to include knowledge of MS PowerPointBenefits
