An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the RSM HR Consulting team based out of RSM's Basingstoke office. We are currently looking to recruit Assistant HR Consultants to our team. The Assistant Consultant will be part of the Centre of Excellence providing external HR support to clients across the country. The role consists of HR administration, HR compliance including HRIT system work. But also cross sector HR research and support to Consultants ensuring our clients obtain excellent customer service at all times.

This is an opportunity for someone who is keen to experience a breadth of HR client work becoming involved in more advisory and bespoke HR projects. Ideal candidates are likely to have already undertaken an HR administration role in the past or worked in an HR department possibly during an internship. Candidates will most likely be already working towards or showing a strong desire to study towards their CIPD qualifications. All candidates should be passionate and committed to HR as a concept.

The job may be suitable for candidates who have experience in the following: HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Human Resources Administrator, HR Executive, HR Officer, Personnel Administrator, Personnel Officer, Personnel Assistant, HR Coordinator.
