NPI Operator (late shift)
Hook
£19,000 + 20% shift allowance + 23 days annual leave + holidays

Working Hours :
Late shift Monday to Wednesday 3.45pm – 2.00am
Thursday 3.45pm - midnight

Our client is looking for an experienced Operator to join our New Product Introduction team to build Printed Circuit Boards using MYDATA machines.

The role includes ensuring the product is built according to quality and industry IPC standards, ensuring the product is built in time to meet delivery targets, and interpreting assembly drawings and items lists to assemble PCBs to IPC Class 3.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have experience working in a similar role within electronics manufacturing
  • Be adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast turnaround environment
  • Have a solid understanding of IPC class 3, be able to interpret engineering drawings and bills of material
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to work self sufficiently on the late shift​
