We are looking for new bakers to join our team in Chichester, West Sussex

THE ROLE: Baker- Chichester, West Sussex

As the Baker you will ideally have experience of making a wide range of artisan breads and morning goods. Other than mixers and laminating equipment everything is done by hand. You will be a real team player who is willing to go the extra mile. The work is shift based and is hands on and physically challenging. You need to be punctual, honest and high standards in relation to health and safety and food safety legislation, have a keen eye for attention to detail and quality

Shift patterns: 9 till 18 (dough, sweet, laminated, shaping)

Second from 12 till 21 (dough, shaping)

Third 15 till 0 or 1 (baking, laminated)

This is basic shifts and start and end times may vary depending on the amount of work on a given day of the week

THE CANDIDATE: Baker- Chichester, West Sussex
We are looking for new bakers to join our team, either qualified with relevant experience or completely new to baking, but willing to learn under an apprenticeship scheme.

• Experience as a Baker a distinct advantage ( although not essential, as a background in catering or interest in baking will be considered)
• Happy to work shifts
