We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager managing our key B&Q and Screwfix accounts for our Containers Business. This is a great opportunity for a highly customer focussed Account Manager to join the business and really make a difference.
This role is based in Eastleigh with travel expected to other locations as required.
The successful candidate will manage the B&Q and Screwfix accounts as the Kingfisher funded implant. You will ensure all SLA's are adhered to and all measurable objectives are achieved and integrated and develop both Kingfisher accounts for the mutual benefit of Wincanton Container Logistics and the Customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the day one for day four workload
- Divide the workload appropriately between Rail, Core Fleet and WCL road
- Manage all service issues
- Complete relevant KPI statistics and period packs
- Manage demurrage and detention on behalf of client
- Attend regular service reviews
- Develop WCL's portfolio of responsibilities with the client
- Integrate the Screwfix business within the general Kingfisher Account
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous Account Management experience
- Previous experience of working in the Transport industry ideally Containers
- Advanced knowledge of customer service understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experienced in working with data within customer service, within a fast paced intense traffic environment
